1. How we handle your images

  • Compression runs entirely locally in your browser (using Canvas technology). The server does not receive, upload or process your images.
  • Images never leave your device; we cannot see, store or share them, and we keep no image database.
  • Because processing is local, compression still works even when you are offline.
  • EXIF / GPS and other metadata carried by the image is stripped during compression to protect your privacy.

2. Use of cookies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, for example to remember your preferences (including language) and to measure page visits. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect some features.

3. Third-party advertising

In the future the Service may display ads through third-party ad networks (such as Google AdSense). These providers may use cookies or similar technologies to serve personalised ads based on your visits to this and other sites. Such activities are governed by each provider's own privacy policy, and we cannot control their data collection. You can manage personalised-ad preferences through the settings pages those providers offer.

4. Analytics

We may use anonymous analytics tools (such as page views and referral sources) to understand traffic and improve the Service. This data does not contain information that identifies you personally, nor is it linked to the images you process.

5. Log information

To keep the Service stable and secure, the server may record necessary access logs (such as IP address, time of access and request path). Logs are used only for troubleshooting and security, and are deleted after a reasonable period.
